Diagnose problematic situations and intervene in resolving issues from simple to complex levels. </li><li>Ensure the stability and usage of environments. </li><li>Handle various operational network requests within prescribed deadlines. </li><li>Participate in the production deployment of new network infrastructure solutions. </li><li>Monitor alerts from different surveillance systems. </li><li>Keep systems and documentation up to date during environmental changes. </li><li>Participate in addressing security issues. </li><li>Implement firewall rules previously authorized by the security team. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Team </strong></p><p>Within the Infrastructure & Operations sector, you are part of a large team of 15 colleagues and report to the Director of IT Telecommunications Management.
