We bring our ideology to life through our people, and we are currently looking for *Part-Time Budtender / Sales Associates for part time evenings and weekends.*
*VIP Budtenders / Sales Associates *are an amazing mix of product specialists, customer service superstars and brand ambassadors. They are creative and service driven individuals, who have a passion for the vape and cannabis culture and provide a unique shopping experience for any type of customers. As the first point of contact for our guest, our they will set the tone in delivering a world class guest experience through engagement, industry expertise and authentic relationship building by efficiently directing customer to their desired product, experience and price point.
*Key Duties & Responsibilities ( Sales & Customer Service ) :*
* Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner
* Check government issued ID of customers upon entry to the store.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
* Provide accurate and knowledgeable product information based on formal and informal ongoing learning.
* Convert customer needs into sales, meeting and exceeding individual and company sales targets
* Create an engaging and welcoming environment within the store and cultivate meaningful relationships through trust and rapport with our guests to drive return business.
* Continually promote our brand and be a positive representative of the cannabis industry.
* Support the upkeep and cleanliness of our space in a way that propels our brand and standard
* Effectively utilize a cannabis compliant POS system and cash register
* Comply and maintain all required training and certifications required by Provincial and Federal law
*Qualifications and Requirements of a Budtender :*
* Able to lift and carry 20 lbs.
* Sound knowledge of various vaping products.
* Sound knowledge of Cannabis plants and different strains of Cannabis
* Obtain Cannabis Retail Certificate (Cannsell)
* Successfully provide a criminal background check.
* Knowledge of standards of Cannabis Retail stores set by AGCO.
* Knowledge of Provincial and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to retail Cannabis
* Must be *19 years of age* or older
* Able to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
* Able to do audits on a timely manner and if there are some discrepancies appropriate person should be reported.
* Organize and clean the storage room.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Needs to available on weekends and evenings.
