_Tax Duties:_
* Prepare individual and small business Canadian T1 returns
* Assist clients with tax planning and compliance
* Gather and review financial records, such as tax slips, income statements and documentation of expenditures
* Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
* Respond to CRA notices as needed
_Administrative Duties:_
* Greet clients and manage front-desk communications
* Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for the office
* Organize and maintain client files (both digital and paper)
* Handle data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
