Known for its human values and strong technical expertise, the company is looking for a Transport & Logistics Manager to join its team on-site in Laval, supporting operations in both a hands-on and strategic capacity.<br>If you're proactive, organized, and have strong leadership skills, this role is made for you!</p><p>Responsibilities: <br>Oversee all warehouse logistics tasks: <br>→ driver dispatch, order preparation, reception, and shipping <br>→ ensure cleanliness of the facilities and equipment <br> <br>Determine delivery routes, coordinate driver and subcontractor schedules <br> <br>Ensure delivery profitability <br> <br>Optimize dispatching processes <br> <br>Verify driver timesheets for payroll purposes <br> <br>Assist with invoicing operations <br> <br>Manage equipment returns (racks, pallets, scanning) <br> <br>Serve as the key point of contact between drivers, office staff, and clients to ensure smooth and responsive communication <br> <br>Ensure fleet compliance with inspections and regulations (Law 430, AVL, SAAQ, pre-SAAQ) <br> <br>Work closely with the Operations Director to manage equipment and snow removal operations <br> <br>Be available 24/7 for emergencies, especially during peak seasons</p><p>At least 2 years of experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, or warehouse shipping/receiving <br>College diploma (DEC) or equivalent <br>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel <br>Experience with transport documentation and customs procedures <br>Certified in safe forklift operation <br>Ability to drive a truck when needed <br>Experience with dump truck driving and/or snow removal (an asset) <br>High availability and flexibility, especially during busy seasons (fall-winter) <br>Fluent in French and Spanish - essential for communication with staff and partners <br> <br> <br>What We Offer: <br>A permanent, full-time position at the heart of operations <br>A dynamic work environment with a passionate and dedicated team <br>A key and versatile role with real impact on daily activities <br>A competitive salary, based on your profile and experience</p>- LocationLaval, QC
