With a student population of about 4,300, the division encompasses 14 schools in the communities of Winkler, Plum Coulee, Schanzenfeld, Hochfeld, Blumenfeld, Reinland, and Blumengart.Garden Valley School Division is committed to excellence in education, fostering a culture of trust and belonging among students and staff. SCHOOL INFORMATION:Border Valley School is a K-8 school located in a rural setting, a short 20-minute drive south of the City of Winkler. The school serves several smaller communities and rural homes in the surrounding area. Border Valley has a student population of approximately 100 students, a teaching staff of 13 and a support staff of 11. The size of the school community allows staff to provide strong academic programming while building positive student relationships.
