Job details
Education: Earned doctorate degree. Work setting: Clinic. Private clinic. Tasks: Evaluate mobility, balance, gait and posture. Examine the patient. Diagnose disorders of the spine and other body joints. Adjust position of displaced vertebrae and other articulations, using manipulative therapy. Provide additional treatment such as heat, red light and massage. Advise patients on corrective exercises, lifestyle and nutrition. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board and Provincial Licensing Body Examination. Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?. What is the highest level of study you have completed?. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Financial benefits: Piece work.
