We provide upscale hotel training to set you up for success and growth in the hospitality industry. *Duties & Responsibilities:* * Maintain hotel rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for guests, team members, and vendors * Set up and maintain cleaning carts, storerooms, and equipment in an organized manner to streamline your work * Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including shower walls, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and stall walls * Replace towels, soaps, and amenities; restock guestroom supplies (e.g., hangers, blankets, pillows) as needed * Wash and sanitize hard floor surfaces (tile, linoleum, etc.) and vacuum rooms, hallways, and public areas * Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and wall hangings to keep the hotel looking its best * Strip and remake beds with fresh linens, and ensure guest closets are clean and well-stocked * Always maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous attitude * Perform other duties as needed to support the team *Qualifications & Skills:* * Physical mobility and stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently * Basic knowledge of general cleaning techniques, products, and equipment * Ability to take direction and follow instructions, procedures, and safety regulations * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule *Benefits:* * Sign-in bonus of $150 after 3 months of employment * Job security and the chance to grow with a reputable hotel * Staff meals and discounts at the hotel and at DI Restaurant and Lounge * Professional training to help you succeed and advance in your career * Employee Assistance Program for support in your work and personal life * Flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle * Employee discounts at Coast Hotels across our locations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour Additional pay: * Tips Benefits: * Dental care * Discounted or free food * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site gym * On-site parking * Store discount * Wellness program Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Weekends as needed Experience: * housekeeping: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
