*Job Overview* We are seeking a compassionate Health Care Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. *Responsibilities* - Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs - Administer medications under the direction of a nurse - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients - Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary - Monitor and report changes in patient health status - Support patients receiving hospice care - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients *Experience* - Previous experience in patient care or caregiving preferred - Familiarity with senior care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities is a plus - Knowledge of medication administration is beneficial Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need of care.
