Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: At heights. Dusty. Hot. Outdoors. Work setting: Municipal government. Tasks: Clean and maintain sidewalks, streets, roads and public grounds. Dig ditches and trenches. Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment. Assist skilled tradespersons. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Equipment and machinery experience: Power mowers. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Overtime required. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Personal suitability: Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Judgement. Team player. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?.
