As an expert, you will play a key role in helping our customers optimize their PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes using Teamcenter. You'll be involved at every stage, from needs analysis to the delivery of tailor-made solutions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze customers' business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Implement, configure and customize Teamcenter modules according to requirements.</li><li>Participate in the design of solutions to optimize product configuration management, workflows and PLM processes.</li><li>Produce proofs of concept (POC) and present them to stakeholders.</li><li>Participate/Supervise deployments, test phases and integration of Teamcenter in complex environments.</li><li>Provide expert-level support to resolve complex Teamcenter issues.</li><li>Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of PLM solutions.</li><li>Produce technical and functional documents (guides, user manuals, architecture documentation).</li></ul>Skills required<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical or computer engineering.</li><li>Significant experience (5+ years) as a Teamcenter expert or in a similar role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of its main modules (Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, BMIDE, Change Management, Active Workspace, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of associated technologies: SQL, Java, C/C++, Javascript, XML, ITK, and integration tools (SOAP/REST).</li><li>Good understanding of PLM architecture principles and implementation methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of industries using Teamcenter (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.).</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a good ability to popularize complex technical concepts.</li><li>You are able to communicate in English and French, both written and oral, as some of your customers will be English or French speakers.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>A beautiful workspace located in the heart of Old Montreal, with a terrace.</li><li>Hybrid work policy: we adapt to our clients' needs</li><li>Breakfasts, coffee, snacks and beers available in the office</li><li>An active social club with several activities budgeted by Techso (camping, cottage, cruise, Christmas party, etc.).</li><li>The opportunity to travel - a lump sum for mobile consultants</li><li>The opportunity to get involved in exciting in-house projects</li><li>A team of experts to share their expertise with you</li><li>Private group insurance</li></ul>
