We are looking for an individual who is interested in a career as a Grounds Maintenance Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping our grounds tidy and well-maintained to reflect our company image. Our Grounds Maintenance Workers perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to; Lawn cutting & trimming, planting, pruning and fertilizing plants, raking debris, blowing out beds and hedges etc.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain existing greenery.
* Show up on time, ready to work in the proper PPE
* Maintain the overall landscaped areas, sometimes including pruning and weeding.
* Mow lawns and occasionally trim hedges/shrubs.
* Professionally assist customers with problems concerning their landscape.
* Be available during business hours to respond to customer requests.
This industry offers a wide variety of services, and occasional tasks that are not included in this job description may be asked of employees. LandSharx provides all sorts of property maintenance services, and we enjoy giving our employees the opportunity to gain experience in various areas of the industry, given the opportunity is presented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.50 per hour
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

Experience:
* Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
