Weed, prune and trim trees and plants. Remove litter and garbage. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Lay sod or seed. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Assist with landscape constructions. Apply fertilizers. Rake and collect refuse. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Not required. Landscaping experience: Park and recreation sites. Equipment and machinery experience: Sod cutter. Small engine equipment. Roto-tiller. Pick-up truck. Chain saw. Tractor mower. Specialization or experience: Green economy sector. Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Ability to distinguish between colours.
