Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex. Tasks: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Cut grass. Equipment: Power tools. Power lawn mowers. Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments). Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Judgement.
