Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures. Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations. Direct and control daily operations . Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Manage contracts. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word.
