*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and customer service, ensuring that every sandwich is made to perfection. You will play a vital role in maintaining food safety standards while providing excellent service to our customers.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including all food preparation surfaces and equipment.
* Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper food handling and storage practices.
* Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
* Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
* Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and inventory management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
