Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Clean kitchen and work areas. Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware. Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure.
