The Role
We are looking for a *Project Coordinator* to support our Project Managers in the successful execution of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use construction projects. This is a key role that ensures communication flows, documentation is accurate, and project schedules stay on track. You'll work with a fast-paced, driven team committed to delivering top-tier construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Project Manager from pre-construction through project closeout
* Set up and manage project documentation in Procore (or equivalent)
* Coordinate schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
* Track and follow up on procurement, shop drawings, and material deliveries
* Assist with permits, inspections, and city correspondence
* Maintain up-to-date contact lists, logs, and project reporting
* Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, trades, and internal team members
* Support invoicing, progress claims, and cost tracking as needed
* Promote and uphold Azimuth?s safety and quality standards
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in construction or related industry
* Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Procore (or similar project management platforms)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator
* Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
