*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a passion for cleanliness and hospitality. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of hotel spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Make Beds * Clean & sanitize bathrooms * Remove all garbage * Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and clean. * Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an orderly manner. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly. * Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards. * Uphold safety and hygiene standards throughout the cleaning process. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in hotel cleaning or a similar role is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French is a plus. * A customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of all cleaning duties.
