Overview:We are currently seeking a Contract Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our global Legal & Compliance team for a short-term contract from July 1, 2025 to August 30, 2025. You are enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to apply your current experience to assist our team. Reporting to our VP, Division General Counsel, and Division Compliance Officer, you will provide support for various types of corporate transactions, corporate governance, compliance, contracting and intellectual property matters.
