Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Gas bar. Tasks: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Train staff. Perform cashiering duties. Oversee the operation of company. Clean and maintain equipment. Analyze data and prepare reports. Inspect the cleanliness and practices of establishment employees. Instruct and supervise trainees. Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions. Set staff work schedules. Recommend products or services to customers. Supervision: Cashiers.
