We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, or a highly motivated Property Manager actively pursuing license to lead the operations of our residential property portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and property management expertise, and will play a key role in shaping the growth and professionalism of the company. This is a pivotal role with the potential for long-term growth and leadership. Duties * Oversee and manage all residential property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. * Ensure all properties remain compliant with relevant legislation, safety standards, and internal protocols. * Manage CRM systems for tenant communications and service tracking. * Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and lease agreements. * Lead negotiations for lease agreements and renewals in compliance with legal requirements. * Coordinate closely with maintenance personnel and contractors to resolve issues swiftly. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and minimize turnover. * Use property management software (Yardi or equivalent) and CMMS tools for streamlined operations. * Foster strong relationships with tenants and ownership stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention. Ideal Candidate * Licensed Real Estate Broker or Associate Broker in Alberta (or currently completing licensure requirements). * 2+ years of experience in residential property management or brokerage. * Proven leadership ability with sound judgment and a proactive approach. * Strong administrative and organizational skills. * Skilled in tenant relations, leasing negotiations, and conflict resolution. * Tech-savvy with proficiency in property management platforms (Yardi preferred). * Able to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment.
