Urban Ridge Homes is Winnipeg?s fastest-growing infill builder, completing 35?40 new homes annually ? including modern duplexes, 4-plexes, and luxury single-family homes. We?re looking for a talented and technically strong *Interior Designer* to join our team full-time and lead the design vision across our portfolio.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead the full interior design process for luxury homes and infill projects (from concept to execution)
* Work directly with clients to create stunning, modern design packages
* Produce finish schedules, fixture selections, and mood boards
* Use CAD or Revit to create interior layouts, elevations, and cabinetry plans
* Create 3D renderings and visual presentations
* Coordinate pricing and sourcing with vendors and trades
* Support construction/project managers with clear selections and design direction
* Collaborate with our drafter, PMs, and media team on consistent brand design across projects
*Skills*
* Diploma or degree in *Interior Design*
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or Sketch Up
* Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and design principles.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of design work.
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to interior design is a plus.
* Creativity and a passion for interior design trends that inspire innovative solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
