*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team at PB13 CAR CLUB LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with experience working in dealership settings preferred. This role involves performing a variety of repairs and services to ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. Candidates should possess excellent mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand tools and power tools, and the ability to interpret schematics. A commitment to quality work and customer service is essential for success in this position. *Duties* * Diagnose vehicle issues using mechanical knowledge, schematics, and diagnostic tools * Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and fluid replacements * Conduct complex repairs including engine work, transmission repairs, and welding when necessary * Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repair tasks efficiently * Assemble or disassemble vehicle components with precision and attention to detail * Lift heavy parts or equipment safely during repair procedures * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times * Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines * Document all work performed accurately in service records *Experience* * Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques * Dealership experience is highly desirable but not mandatory * Hands-on experience with welding, schematics interpretation, and assembly processes preferred * Familiarity with automotive repair tools including hand tools and power tools * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or maintenance tasks * Prior experience providing excellent customer service in an automotive setting is a plus * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and diagnostic procedures is essential This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where your skills will be valued.
