*Company description* KOGAS Canada Energy Ltd. is a wholly owned Canadian subsidiary of Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS), a state-owned energy company headquartered in South Korea and one of the world?s largest LNG importers. The company is involved in LNG-related business operations in Canada, including participation in the LNG Canada Project in Kitimat, British Columbia. KOGAS Canada Energy Ltd. works alongside major international energy partners to support a reliable LNG supply to global markets. *Job description* *Duty and Function: *Duties will include but not limited to Account & Reporting * Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate G/L records * Manage bookkeeping, including A/P and A/R, using SAP * Record and monitor project costs, capital assets and depreciation * Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes Financial Reporting * Reconcile financial information across multiple entities * Prepare for Consolidated F/S for multiple entities * Support KOGAS group reporting requirements * Prepare financial data for management reporting and decision-making * Assist with impairment testing and valuation of asset * Support internal and external audit processes, including internal control * Review and update accounting policy in accordance with IFRS as needed Finance & Analysis * Support to prepare and analyze annual budget (AWPB) * Prepare financial analyses and reports as requested by management * Coordinate with operator on financial matters, including participation in meetings * Prepare letters of credit issuance, amendments, and ongoing administration *Skills & Requirements:* * Legally able to work in Canada * Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance or Business (required) * Currently enrolled in CPA PEP (preferred) * Minimum 2+years of relevant accounting experience (preferred) * Strong knowledge of IFRS (preferred) * Proficiency in Accounting system (SAP preferred) * Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (required) *Grounds for disqualification:* * Refusal or failure to provide proof of qualifications * Refusal or failure to provide criminal history background that was found to have no criminal record *Document requirement: * * Resume (Korean *and* English) * Cover letter (Korean *and* English) \*Please include a work performance plan in your cover letter * Applicants may be subject to a Employment personality assessment as part of the application process. *Application Deadline: *May 25, 2026 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site gym * Paid time off * Vision care Application question(s): * Are you legally authorized to work in Canada? * Are you able to communicate professionally in both English and Korean?
