*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring vehicles meet safety and quality standards. Experience with dealership procedures, welding, and mechanical systems is highly valued. The Automotive Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through expert service and technical proficiency. *Duties* * Diagnose and repair automotive issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical knowledge * Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements * Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs and modifications * Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair procedures * Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements * Assist with assembly of vehicle components and replacement parts as needed * Maintain detailed records of work performed for each vehicle * Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards * Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and answering questions professionally *Requirements* * Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic; dealership experience is a plus * Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) and work on your feet for extended periods * Knowledge of automotive repair techniques including diagnostics, maintenance, and assembly * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record * Prior experience with vehicle schematics, welding, or specialized maintenance is preferred Join our team to work in a professional environment dedicated to quality service and technical excellence.
