At this time, the position does requires to work every Tuesday AND Saturday.* We?re a thriving wellness clinic known for our personalized care and welcoming atmosphere, and we?re looking for someone who can truly become the face and heart of our front desk. This is an opportunity to grow with a supportive team and build a rewarding long-term career in the wellness industry. *Responsibilities* * Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care * Manage a very busy front desk with efficiency and grace * Schedule and coordinate appointments for 10+ practitioners * Maximize bookings and clinic flow * Promote retail product sales and client education * Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly and courteously * Process payments and ensure accurate billing * Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly * Support daily clinic operations, including laundry and instrument reprocessing * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, managing intake forms, and supporting inventory * Provide education on services, wellness programs, promotions, and offerings * Assist in managing the clinic?s online presence and social media accounts * Monitor and reorder office supplies, inventory, and treatment room stock * Assist management with daily operational and administrative duties as needed *Requirements* * Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is essential * Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) * Strong understanding of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff * Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, especially *Jane* * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities * Outstanding communication and customer service skills * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members * Reliable, punctual, and a team player who?s eager to grow with us * Strong leadership skills with a focus on business growth *What We Offer* * Starting wage of $21/hour * Extended health benefits (including dental, vision, and medication) * Free parking * Exclusive staff discounts on products and services * Supportive, empowering team culture * Opportunities for growth within a nurse-led wellness clinic * Fun and engaging company events If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a holistic wellness environment, we invite you to *apply today* and become an integral part of our team at *Natural Skin & Sole Wellness Clinic*!
