If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.<br><br></div><div><strong>Why operators choose Kieswetter:</strong></div><ul><li>Fourth-generation, family-owned and operated.</li><li>Best-in-class equipment and GPS/machine-control technology, kept well-maintained.</li><li>Continuous, year-round work ? including winter and spring for the right operators.</li><li>Real growth: we promote from within.</li><li>Competitive wages, benefits, and company perks.</li><li>Exposure to a wide variety of heavy civil applications.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What you'll do:</strong></div><ul><li>Operate heavy equipment across all functions of the sewer crew ? mainline, laterals, dirt moving, and work in congested areas.</li><li>Interpret grade stakes and execute to grade.</li><li>Inspect, maintain, and care for assigned equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with your crew and management, plan ahead, and stay aware of the full scope of the task.</li><li>Organize project details, locates, and performance objectives.</li><li>Recognize, communicate, and eliminate hazards in line with our Company Safety Program.</li><li>Communicate discrepancies promptly and take on other tasks as needed.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What you bring:</strong></div><ul><li>Previous experience operating heavy equipment.</li><li>Strong mechanical skills.</li><li>Valid Ontario driver's license.</li><li>Ability to travel to job sites throughout Waterloo Region (some travel in Southern Ontario).</li><li>Reliable, consistent attendance and willingness to work regular overtime.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and work cooperatively.</li><li>Physical strength and endurance to perform all duties safely.</li><li>A safety-first mindset.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Schedule:</strong></div><ul><li>Monday to Friday, with overtime and some weekend availability.</li><li>10?14-hour days depending on project demands.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Location:</strong> Primarily Waterloo Region, with some travel across Southern Ontario.<br><br></div><br><br><ul></ul>- Location St. Clements, ON
