We provide a workplace where professionalism is recognized, growth is encouraged, and every employee contributes to raising industry standards in residential concierge and security services.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:107%;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:#2d2d2d;">To support our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential service, we are seeking a professional and experienced <strong><u>Concierge Guard to join our team.</u></strong></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:107%;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:#2d2d2d;">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Monitor security cameras</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Create assigned reports</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary, fill in shifts.</span></li></ul><br /><p><strong><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:107%;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:#2d2d2d;">Requirements:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">1+ years of experience as a Residential Concierge</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Valid Ontario Security License</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span>- Location Toronto, ON
