*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales efforts. This position offers an opportunity to develop your customer service expertise within a dynamic environment committed to client satisfaction. *Duties* * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat * Provide accurate quotes about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions * Handle customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills * Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately * Support sales initiatives through upselling and cross-selling products or services * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions * Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify areas for service improvement * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet organizational goals *Qualifications* * Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred * Strong MS tools knowledge (excel, words, and etc.. .) * Ability to perform data entry with high accuracy and efficiency * Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively * Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases This position is integral to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting our company's growth objectives.
