*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Eavestrough Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining eavestrough systems on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various construction tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience with hand tools and construction techniques is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment focused on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Measure, cut, and install eavestroughs according to project specifications * Use hand tools such as saws, drills, caulking guns, and other construction equipment to complete installations * Seal joints and seams with caulking to prevent leaks and ensure durability * Assist with related tasks such as restoration work, soffit fascia and aluminum work * Maintain a clean work area and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines * Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding project progress or issues *Requirements* * Proven experience with hand tools, construction projects, or carpentry work * Knowledge of caulking techniques and restoration processes is a plus * Familiarity with aluminum work such as soffit fascia and eavestrough * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly * Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred * Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements * Working at heights certificates is ideal This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in construction trades while contributing to high-quality home improvement projects.
