This position supports daily operations by ensuring orders are entered accurately and on time in a fast-paced logistics environment. About Western Dispatch For over 40 years, Western Dispatch has provided express courier and freight distribution services across Edmonton and Alberta. Our business operates at high speed, with delivery windows as fast as 45 minutes, and relies on strong systems, clear communication, and dependable execution. Job Functions * *Order Entry* ? Accurately enter orders received by phone or email into our system. * *Customer Service* ? Assist clients with basic questions related to orders, confirmations, and general inquiries. * *Internal Communication* ? Work with internal teams to ensure orders are entered correctly and ready for execution. * *Other Duties as Assigned* ? Support the Service Team as needed.
