The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid background in custodial and facilities maintenance. This role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing staff, and ensuring safety protocols are followed to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. *Duties* * Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple facilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards * Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper use of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures * Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to perform routine maintenance tasks as needed * Oversee the use of facilities maintenance equipment, including power tools and heavy-duty cleaning machinery * Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper equipment operation * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary * Address customer service concerns related to cleanliness or facility issues promptly and professionally * Enforce safety protocols related to heavy lifting, use of power tools, and other custodial activities * Prepare reports on operational performance and areas for improvement *Skills* * Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with supervisory responsibilities * Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lead a team with clear communication skills and a positive attitude * Knowledge of safety standards related to custodial work, including proper handling of equipment and safe lifting practices * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail * Strong organizational skills for inventory management and reporting requirements Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend Pay: $25.50 per hour Work Location: In person
