*Overview* We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient customer order processing, inventory management, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution, be comfortable lifting boxes, counting inventory and possess a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills under the General Manager. *Duties* * Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency * Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment and techniques * Manage shipping & receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods * Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems * Assist in the organization of warehouse space for optimal storage and accessibility * Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met * Support construction or maintenance projects as needed within the warehouse environment * Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and uphold safety protocols *Experience* * Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics preferred * Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus * Experience with heavy lifting, load & unload procedures, and shipping & receiving processes essential * Construction or industrial experience beneficial for understanding heavy equipment operation * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout the shift * Strong mechanical knowledge or background in construction is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues This role is vital for maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate fulfillment. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, and a proactive approach to their responsibilities.
