*Pay:* CA$40.00-CA$45.00 per hour Job description: Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures - Read and interpret blueprints to understand the layout of plumbing systems - Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems - Test plumbing systems for leaks and perform necessary repairs or replacements - Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing issues - Adhere to safety standards and regulations Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Proficient in assembling and installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures - Knowledge of Soldering techniques for pipe connections - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues - Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs Note: Additional skills such as knowledge of building codes, experience with different types of plumbing systems (residential, commercial, industrial), or specialized certifications may be required depending on the specific job requirements.
