Job Summary Voyager Buildings is seeking an experienced and motivated *Project Manager* with a strong background in *HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS)*. The ideal candidate will have *3+ years of project management experience* within the *HVAC, controls, or BAS industry*, and be comfortable managing projects using *Zoho Projects* or similar platforms. This role will oversee BAS projects from design through commissioning, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage BAS and HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout * Serve as the on-site and off-site project lead, ensuring smooth execution * Coordinate and support installation teams and subcontractors * Review BAS project documentation including specifications, mechanical, electrical, and control drawings * Identify design or scope discrepancies and proactively implement solutions * Develop, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using *Zoho Projects* * Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure financial performance * Oversee commissioning activities and ensure system performance meets design intent * Provide regular project status updates to internal teams and stakeholders * Ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and best practices Qualifications & Experience * Degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Systems, Controls, or related field (or equivalent experience) * *3+ years of project management experience* in HVAC, BAS, or controls industry * Strong understanding of *HVAC systems, DDC controls, and BAS architecture* * Experience with BAS platforms such as *Johnson Controls FX (Facility Explorer), Honeywell, Carrier i-Vu, or Niagara N4* * Hands-on knowledge of installation, programming, and commissioning processes is a strong asset * Proficiency with *Zoho Projects* or similar project management tools * Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio) * Valid *G Driver?s License* and access to a vehicle Preferred Skills * BAS certification or professional training * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and cost control What We Offer * Competitive compensation based on experience * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge BAS and smart building projects * Supportive, growth-focused work culture * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on sustainability and energy efficiency Equal Opportunity Statement Voyager Buildings is an equal opportunity employer.
