<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Customer Service </strong></b>(about 10hrs/week)</p><ul><li>Answer emails and phone calls from customers re: Product inquiries, Order requests</li><li>Prepare Quotes and sales Orders</li><li>Forward calls and emails to appropriate staff</li><li>Assist with walk-in customers</li><li>communicate effectively with onsite Warehouse staff</li></ul><p><b><strong>Bookkeeping:</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Accounts Receivables </strong></b>(about 6-8hrs/week)</p><ul><li>Apply direct deposit payments - daily</li><li>Apply "walk-in" credit card payments - daily</li><li>Apply "online credit card" payments - weekly</li><li>Prepare cheque deposits for bank - weekly</li><li>Apply PayPal payments - monthly</li><li>Communicate with custom ers regarding payment discrepancies (ie double payments and credits on account)</li></ul><p><b><strong>Soft Collections</strong></b></p><ul><li>Email statements</li><li>Email gentle reminders if amounts past due</li></ul><p><b><strong>Accounts Payable </strong></b>(Enter invoices ito Sage - weekly (invoices are initially verified by manager)</p></div></div>- Location Vancouver, BC
