From selling table potatoes to providing top-quality inputs to our grower partners, McCain Produce is truly an agricultural leader in the potato industry.McCain Farms, a division of McCain Produce Inc., is looking for General Labourer at our Monquart, NB location to assist with harvesting duties from August until end of October.&nbsp;What you&rsquo;ll be doing.&nbsp; &nbsp;Follow all safety policies, procedures, and requirements.&nbsp;Handle materials, including 25&ndash;50 lb tubs and pails.Lift up to 50 lbs safely and effectively.Inspect raw potatoes entering storage facilities and remove rocks, debris, and other foreign material from incoming loads.Perform sanitation and housekeeping duties as required.Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain equipment as needed.Communicate and relay information effectively with team members.Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Participate in team meetings and operational discussions as required.Support additional operational duties as assigned.&nbsp;What you&rsquo;ll need to be successful.&nbsp; &nbsp;Grade 12 education or GED preferred.
