*About Us:* Accsell Realty Inc, Brokerage is an independent real estate brokerage with location in Mississauga, London and Ottawa. Focussed on delivering top-tier service across our local markets. We are seeking an organized, highly professional Licensed Real Estate Assistant to manage our daily workflows, facilitate smooth transaction processes, and elevate our overall client experience. This position will report directly tour Broker of Record. *Key Responsibilities include :* * MLS Management: Upload new listings, update active statuses, monitor inventory, and run property searches using the PropTx MLS system; complete client Property Reports. * Transaction Coordination: Draft, organize, and track critical paperwork (listings, offers, amendments) utilizing DocuSign for seamless electronic signing. * Document Processing: Format, edit, and compile property brochures, client documents, and presentation packages using Adobe Acrobat and creative layout software. * Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) regulations when handling real estate paperwork and client communications. * Client Care: Serve as a reliable point of contact for buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents, addressing operational questions and managing appointments. * Qualifications & Requirements: Active Real Estate License in good standing with RECO . Hands-on proficiency with PropTx (Matrix/Stratus MLS infrastructure).High comfort level managing digital workflows via DocuSign and Adobe. * Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. * Refined professional written and verbal communication skills. *Requirements :* Valid RECO registration, personal vehicle with insurance, knowledge of the PropTx MLS System. The roll includes in office time primarily with scheduled appointment out of the office to assist with property showings or to take photos and room measurements of properties.
