Treatment Coordinator & Patient Experience Lead *Location:* Avyan Family Dental ? We're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated *Treatment Coordinator & Patient Experience Lead* who is passionate about connecting with patients, building trust, and helping them confidently move forward with recommended care. What You'll Do * Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression. * Coordinate comprehensive treatment consultations for restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, and airway-focused care. * Review treatment plans in a clear, confident, and patient-friendly manner. * Discuss financing options and assist patients in finding payment solutions that fit their needs. * Help patients overcome concerns and answer questions with empathy and professionalism. * Follow up with unscheduled treatment to improve case acceptance. * Coordinate appointments efficiently to support clinical production goals. * Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experience. * Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient communication. What We're Looking For * Minimum 2 years of dental administration or treatment coordination experience. * Proven success with treatment presentation and case acceptance. * Experience presenting comprehensive treatment plans including Aligners and Implants. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong understanding of dental insurance and financing options. * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. * Comfortable using dental practice management software and digital technology. * Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused attitude. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
