<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Hokkaido Cake is looking for a responsible and creative part-time Cake Decorator and Dessert Maker to join our team in Kanata.</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Decorate birthday cakes and custom cakes according to customer requests</li><li>Prepare cakes, cream, fillings, crêpe cakes and other desserts</li><li>Pipe whipped cream and create neat, attractive cake designs</li><li>Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality</li><li>Keep the kitchen, equipment and work area clean and organized</li><li>Follow food-safety and hygiene requirements</li><li>Complete orders accurately and on time</li></ul><p><b><strong>Requirements:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Previous cake decorating or bakery experience is preferred</li><li>Skilled in whipped-cream piping and basic cake decoration</li><li>Able to prepare cakes and desserts independently</li><li>Creative, careful and attentive to detail</li><li>Responsible, punctual and able to work efficiently</li><li>Able to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Available to work flexible hours, including some weekends</li><li>Food Handler Certificate is an asset</li><li>Please include photos of your previous cake or dessert work when applying</li></ul><p><b><strong>Employment Type:</strong></b> Part-time<br /><b><strong>Location:</strong></b> Hokkaido Cake, Kanata, Ottawa</p></div></div>- Location Kanata, ONK2L 2N2
