<div>Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery in Winnipeg, MB is now hiring a part time Bartender/ Server with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, required in assisting and providing great customer service while working cohesivly with management/owners to create a fun, productive, and inclusive environment. <br><br><strong>Duties:</strong></div><ul><li>Adapting to changing conditions in a positive manner.</li><li>Communicating and working respectfully with a strong team consistently delivering excellence in customer service.</li><li>Demonstrating appropriate job knowledge in draft beer pouring and cocktails.</li><li>Following direction from leadership on assigned tasks.</li><li>Following established safe work policies and practices.</li><li>Following Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery policies and procedures.</li><li>Meeting the establishments expectations.</li><li>Meeting the productivity performance expectations and taking accountability for actions.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Qualifications for bartenders:</strong></div><ul><li>Experience handling cash and balancing floats.</li><li>Completed ?Smart Choices" Certificate.</li><li>Physical ability to lift and carry.</li><li>The ability to work a variety of shifts if necessary, two years prior training in customer service, wine, spirits education and serving is expected.</li></ul><div><br></div><br><br><ul></ul><br><br><b>About Shannon's Irish Pub And Eatery:</b><br><br><p>We are a family owned casual pub hidden underneath the streets of downtown Winnipeg with home style food, 21 beers on tap, V.Q.A wines, local craft beers, fine scotch and fine Irish whisky always available, Shannon?s is a great choice for local Entertainment and Dining.</p>- Location Winnipeg, MB
