<div>CDC Computers is a locally owned technology company providing sales, service, installation, and training. For over 40 years we have repaired and supported devices for Western Canadian consumers and businesses. We are looking for a skilled and versatile Electronics Technician who can handle specialized repairs and also support the day-to-day needs of a busy shop.</div><div><br>In this role you will perform in-shop & on-site board-level, device repairs and electronics installation.<br></div><div><br></div><div><strong>What You Will Do: </strong></div><ul><li>Diagnose and repair tablets, gaming consoles, drones, and other specialty electronics.</li><li>Perform board-level and micro-soldering repairs on a range of devices.</li><li>Support general PC and laptop repairs when specialty work allows.</li><li>Assist with walk-in clients and inbound phone triage during busy periods.</li><li>Help with shipping and receiving so parts and completed jobs keep moving.</li><li>Document all work clearly and accurately in the ticketing system.</li><li>Maintain an organized bench and follow shop processes.</li><li>Collaborate with the triage and sales team on quotes and client updates.<br></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What You Bring: </strong></div><ul><li>Proven experience with board-level repair, micro-soldering, and electronic diagnostics.</li><li>Hands-on experience repairing tablets, consoles, drones, or small electronics.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Willingness to perform both specialized repairs and general shop support.</li><li>Fluent English, spoken and written, with clear, legible notes.</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy environment.</li><li>Ability to multi-task between bench work, client interaction, and light logistics.</li><li>Valid driver?s license, and a clear driver?s abstract for on-site work.<br></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What We Offer: </strong></div><ul><li>Competitive pay based on skill and experience with Performance Component.</li><li>Variety of challenging repairs in a long-standing local shop.</li><li>Opportunity to use specialized skills while supporting the full team.</li><li>Clear expectations and a hands-on work environment.<br></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>How to Apply: </strong><br>Send your resume to hr@cdccomputers.com.<br></div><div>Join a Winnipeg company trusted since 1983.
