Introducing Canada’s National Online Training Platform

The Government of Canada is investing in workers so they can drive Canada’s economic transformation with new skills and training, and seize exciting, high-paying careers it will create. To help build a strong, confident workforce, the government has developed a national online training platform called the Training Finder to help adults find short-duration training courses by skill type, location and format.

With an easy-to-search catalogue of courses, this new platform makes it simple for adults to find short training courses that support career planning, skill upgrading, and lifelong learning. It connects workers to upskilling opportunities, helping them reach their career goals.

Employers can use this tool to find training courses for their employees so they can meet current and future business needs.

How can you get involved?

You can help improve the Training Finder by sending us feedback, or if your organization offers free courses open to all Canadian workers and last 12 months or less, we want to hear from you. To qualify, your organization must also have a payroll account with the Canada Revenue Agency.

To add your courses to the catalogue, register your institution and submit your course information.
