*Job Overview* We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jr Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing kitchen spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences. As a Kitchen Designer, you will collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide advice on materials and layouts, and create innovative designs that enhance the overall functionality of the kitchen. *Duties* * Consult with clients to determine their kitchen design preferences, requirements, and budget. * Create detailed kitchen layouts using design software, ensuring optimal space utilization and functionality. * Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with client preferences and industry trends * Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals * Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends, technologies, and best practices. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Jr Kitchen Designer or in a similar role within the cabimet making industry. * Proficiency in design software such as Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, or similar tools. * Understanding of kitchen layout principles, and functionality. * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members. * Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and documentation. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Manage and Organize office files Join us in creating beautiful kitchens! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationBurnaby, BC
