In particular, they plead before the courts, judicial or quasi-judicial bodies. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS- Follow-up on contracts and NSS (signature and financial follow-up);- Act as RARC (training available);- Validate budgets and monitor budget and contract forecasts for subsequent years;- Maintain a contract register and follow up on renewals;- Enter and monitor commitments in the financial system;- Monitor ongoing contracts;- Control and monitor the contract award process;- Assist directors and managers for analysis purposes;- Participate in department meetings;- Prepare tender documents, contracts, resolutions, addendum, NSS, etc. for the various departments;- Applies Treasury Board and AMP rules and directives;- Collaborate and communicate with managers and management.
