*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled lawyer having *2-5 years of experience in Family Law* to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, with the ability to represent clients effectively. This role requires exceptional negotiation, writing, and research skills, along with proficiency in legal drafting and the ability to represent clients before the Superior Court of Quebec. The candidate must also be able to communicate professionally in both English and French.
*Duties*
* Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
* Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support client cases.
* Draft legal documents such as Applications, Sworn Statements and prepare files for Court appearances.
* Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
* Provide sound legal advice to clients based on comprehensive analysis of their situations.
* Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.
*Qualifications*
* Admission to the Quebec bar

* Rencontre avec les clients;
* Vacations à la cour et représentations devant les différents tribunaux
* Négociations des règlements hors cour, le cas échéant;
* Recherches et rédactions de différentes opinions juridiques;
* Gestion d'in grand nombre de dossiers
*Qualifications*
Membre en règle du barreau ayant 2 à 5 années d'expérience.
La maitrise de la langue anglaise est requise.

Pay: $60,391.40-$120,000.00 per year
