At Delta Sierra Construction, we are looking for a motivated Construction Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, preparing detailed estimates and submission packages, and serving as a key point of contact for many of our subcontractors and suppliers.

* Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor work.
* Identify project risks, offer value engineering solutions, and submit complete bid packages by deadlines.
* Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to gather and level competitive pricing.
* Maintain accurate estimating templates, internal cost data, and support improvements to estimating processes.

* Develop preliminary budgets and refine them through design and preconstruction stages.
