*ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY..*
We?re an established, multi-location business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. This on-site role is based primarily at our Surrey office, with scheduled visits to a nearby location once per week. You?ll support core administrative functions, assist with payroll, and help ensure internal processes run smoothly and accurately.
*WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR...*
We?re looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and dependable. You?re comfortable with routine tasks, managing documents, working with numbers, and collaborating with different departments. A background in administration or general office support is important. *Experience in payroll/Accounting Admin will be considered a strong asset.*
*What You?ll Get to Do*
* Support payroll data entry and coordination, including reviewing time records and preparing submissions
* Assist with internal daily close processes, including basic reconciliations and verification of submitted information
* Provide general support to month-end procedures, helping to ensure timely and accurate reporting
* Work closely with the finance and admin team to support routine accounting functions such as record-keeping and payment tracking
* Serve as a support contact during scheduled weekly visits to one of our operational locations
* Help maintain consistency and alignment across administrative procedures between departments and sites
*Qualifications*
*Required:*
* 1?3 years of experience in accounting, administrative, payroll, or similar support roles
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Willing to work full-time on-site and travel locally once a week
* Must have reliable access to a personal vehicle for occasional travel between locations.
*Preferred:*
* Experience with payroll platforms such as Dayforce, ADP, or similar
* Prior involvement in accounting support functions such as reconciliation or vendor processing
* Knowledge of timekeeping or reporting systems is a plus
* Payroll and accounting experience will be a great asset.
