*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in eyelash applications and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients. *Duties* * Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met. * Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations. * Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to provide clients with the best possible service. * Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in eyelash extensions is preferred; certification in lash application is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Retail sales experience, particularly in beauty or personal care, is highly desirable. * Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining a positive client experience. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both application techniques and front desk duties. * A passion for beauty, aesthetics, and helping clients look their best.
