ROLE
The Procurement Administrator is responsible for providing assistance to the Procurement Manager in execution of the corporate procurement strategy. The Procurement Administrator is also responsible for supporting project procurement strategies, facilitating project services/materials, and administering project subcontracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Purchase of supplies, equipment, and inventory resources efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
Setting up equipment purchase orders and monthly receiving and invoicing of rental equipment.
Supporting with daily PO and invoice issue resolution.
Working closely with Accounts Payable and vendors on various issues.
Responsible for cutting POs in a timely manner to support our projects.
Develop procurement strategies and execute sourcing activities.
Create in-depth spend analysis and category profiles.
